Ingredients
For the dark chocolate:
200 grams of dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa)
50 grams of butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
For the white chocolate:
200 grams of white chocolate
50 grams of butter
For assembly:
50 grams of freeze-dried strawberries

Instructions
Preparing the dark chocolate:
Melt the chocolate:
Chop the dark chocolate and place it in a heatproof bowl.
Add the butter to the bowl.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler (placing the bowl over a pot of hot water) or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval to avoid burning.
Add the vanilla:
Once the chocolate and butter are completely melted and well combined, add the vanilla extract and mix well.
Preparing the white chocolate:
Melt the chocolate:
Chop the white chocolate and place it in a heatproof bowl.
Add the butter to the bowl.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval to avoid burning.
Assembly:
Prepare the molds:
Ensure they are clean and dry.
First layer of chocolate:
Pour a small amount of melted dark chocolate into each mold, filling it approximately halfway.
Gently tap the molds on the table to remove air bubbles and level the chocolate.
Let this layer cool and harden a bit.
Add the freeze-dried strawberries:
Place small pieces of freeze-dried strawberries on the layer of dark chocolate.
Second layer of chocolate:
Pour the melted white chocolate over the freeze-dried strawberries, filling the mold to the top.
Gently tap the molds on the table again to level the chocolate and remove any air bubbles.
Refrigerate:
Place the molds in the refrigerator and let the chocolate cool and harden completely, approximately 1-2 hours.
Unmold and serve:
Unmold:
Once the chocolate is completely hardened, carefully unmold it.
Presentation:
Place the chocolates on a nice plate or in a gift box.
Additional Tips:
You can vary the amount of freeze-dried strawberries to your taste.
If you prefer a milder flavor, you can use milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate.
