Excellent substitute for cane sugar

It has a bit of a strange earthy smell that I don't normally associate with sugar, but it tastes almost exactly like usual brown sugar, with just a little bit of a 'burnt' aftertaste. I made cookies with it and aside from a slightly darker color, the results were indistinguishable from those made with usual brown sugar. So I would consider this a near-perfect 1-1 replacement for brown sugar. It is a little bit expensive for what you get, but as a substitute for cane sugar it does the job perfectly.

Organic Coconut Sugar

This is a great alternative to processed white sugar. It tastes great, not as sweet as regular sugar. I love using it for baking. It has a nice smooth texture so it blends in well and dissolves perfectly. I love it.

Looks like brown dust but

This is very good to bake with. Banana bread with walnuts. Not over sweet. Love it. Store in your freezer in a zip lock bag. Better than you think.
